The Middle East Commissioner of the International Commission for Human Rights and the Special Envoy of the International Council for the United Nations for the Ambassador, Dr. Haitham Abu Saeed, stated that the conclusions of the international investigator, Agnes Calamar, regarding his decision regarding the assassination of Major General Qassem Soleimani, which accused America of killing him, in addition to the killing of innocent people in Idlib as a result of the aerial bombing of Russian air He is in his rightful place.
Ambassador Abu Saeed indicated that the United States of America had previously planned and envisioned the implementation of the plan to kill Major General Soleimani, especially since US President Donald Trump has stated this publicly and the matter is no longer hidden and after the report of the American security services in this regard.
In the case of America’s withdrawal from its responsibilities towards the International Criminal Court, it is the result of multiple factors, the most important of which is the Israeli entity’s claim in the International Court. To do in the coming weeks of crimes against humanity, especially after bringing military equipment into the Syrian north through the Iraq-Syria border, and secondly to press the court’s body to drop all cases that have been or may be brought against it.
With regard to the second part of Ms. Kalamar’s investigation of violations of Russian aviation in Idlib, reports have shown this, and there has been mass killing by Turkish-backed penitential groups against civilians who violated her instructions.
Ambassador Abu Saeed concluded that, unfortunately, the international community was divided vertically in humanitarian issues, until there were associations that came out a while ago and were licensed with the support of well-known forces trying to take place for them in order to falsify known facts under a barrage of financial and service inducements and we have become a list of them. Submit it to the competent authorities for decision and take the appropriate recommendations.
