على هامش مشاركتها في اعمال الدورة 38 لمجلس حقوق الأنسان بجنيف نظمت مؤسسة ماعت للسلام والتنمية وحقوق الإنسان بالتعاون مع التحالف الدولي للسلام والتنمية ندوة بعنوان “انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان في الأراضي العربية الفلسطينية المحتلة ” ، وذلك يوم الاثنين الموافق 2 يوليو 2018 بالمقر الأوروبي للأمم المتحدة بحضور ممثلي عدد كبير من المنظمات الحقوقية العربية والأوروبية وممثلي البعثات الرسمية ومسئولي المفوضية السامية.
أدار اللقاء ايمن عقيل رئيس مؤسسة ماعت للسلام والتنمية وحقوق الإنسان وتحدث فيها كلا من فهد محمد حسين المنسق العام للحملة الدولية للتضامن مع الأسرى في سجون الاحتلال الإسرائيلي” تضامن ” والخبير في الشأن الفلسطيني ، والسيدة كيتي بانورجا عضو التحالف الدولي للسلام والتنمية والسفير الأوروبي لريادة أعمال المرأة
وفي كلمته أكد عقيل على ان القضية الفلسطينية قضية محورية وتعد من القضايا التي تعبر عن غياب العدالة، وتقويض أسس السلام والانتهاك المستمر لحقوق الإنسان ، مشيرا انه في شهر مايو الماضي يكون قد مر 70 عاما كاملة على مأساة الشعب الفلسطيني الأعزل ، الذي تم تشريد عدة ملايين من أبنائه ، وأضاف عقيل إن الممارسات القمعية لقوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي بحق الشعب الفلسطيني، والتي تتعارض بشكل فاضح مع الاتفاقيات والقوانين الدولية، تعبر عن عدم اكتراث إسرائيل لوضعها بوصفها السلطة القائمة بالاحتلال وعليها التزامات بتوفير كافة الاحتياجات للسكان المشمولين بالحماية طبقاً لاتفاقيات جنيف وبالأخص الاتفاقية الرابعة المعنية بحماية حقوق المدنيين ، وطرح عقيل سؤالا مفاده هل لازالت اتفاقيات وصكوك القانون الدولي الإنساني وصكوك الشرعة الدولية لحقوق الإنسان قابلة للتطبيق ؟ ، وقادرة على الدفاع عن نفسها ضد من يضربون بها عرض الحائط يوميا ؟ .
عرض السيد فهد محمد حسين إحصائيات صادمة عن الأسري الفلسطينيين في سجون الاحتلال ، والانتهاكات البشعة التي ترتكبها سلطة الاحتلال في حق كافة فئات الشعب الفلسطيني بما فيهم الأطفال ن، وقال إن الانتهاكات التي يقاسيها الأسرى الأطفال الفلسطينيين في سجون الاحتلال الاسرائيلي ، تعتبر جرائم متعددة الأشكال والألوان يندى لها جبين الإنسانية.
وأوضح الخبير الفلسطيني أن أكثر من 8500 طفلا جرى اعتقالهم خلال السنوات الماضية من بينهم أكثر من 700 تمت محاكمتهم امام المحاكم العسكرية المخالفة لحقوق الطفل ، فضلا عن عشرات الأطفال الذين يقبعون قيد الاعتقال الإداري ، وكشف فهد حسين ، عن أن الشهور الأخيرة شهدت تزايد جرائم الاحتلال في حق الأطفال الفلسطينيين ، وطالب المجتمع الدولي ومجلس حقوق الإنسان بالتحرك الفوري لإنقاذ الأسري الفلسطينيين والأطفال من بين أنياب الاحتلال الغاشم .
وفي كلمتها عبرت السيدة كيتي بانورجا عن وجهة نظر التحالف الدولي للسلام والتنمية الذي يطالب القوى الحزبية والمدنية والإعلامية والتنظيمات الشعبية في كافة دول العالم لتعبئة جهودها وحشد ادواتها للتواصل مع واضعي السياسات ودوائر اتخاذ القرار في بلدانها لدفعهم نحو اتخاذ إجراءات من شانها وقف الجرائم الإسرائيلية في حق الشعب الفلسطيني ، وكشف المبررات غير الأخلاقية التي تجعل بعض الحكومات تتخذ مواقف دبلوماسية وسياسية لصالح دولة تنتهك حقوق الإنسان بشكل يومي ، وترفض الانصياع لقرارات مجلس الأمن وتستهين بالقانون الدولي .
كما اكد المتحدثون على ضرورة إجراء تحقيق دولي، وتشكيل لجنة دولية حول المجازر وجرائم الحرب التي ارتكبتها سلطة الاحتلال في قطاع غزة منذ بدء مسيرات العودة الكبرى في مارس 2018 الماضي ، واتخاذ اجراء دولي ضد القرار الأمريكي بنقل السفارة الامريكية إلى القدس، والذي يعد مخالفا لكل المواثيق والاتفاقيات الدولية، كما طالبوا بإيقاف بناء المستوطنات والتوسع الاستيطاني وأنشطة بناء الجدار العازل، والتوقف عن الاخلاء القسري للسكان الفلسطينيين، وهدم منازلهم.

On the sidelines of its participation in the 38th session of the Human Rights Council in Geneva, Maat for Peace, Development and Human Rights in cooperation with the International Alliance for Peace and Development organized a seminar entitled “Human Rights Violations in the Occupied Palestinian Arab Territories“, on Monday 2 July 2018 at the European headquarters of the United Nations, in the presence of representatives of a large number of Arab and European rights organizations, representatives of official missions and officials of the Office of the High Commissioner.
The meeting was moderated by Ayman Okeil, President of Maat for Peace, Development and Human Rights, and was addressed by Fahd Mohammed Hussain, an expert on the Palestinian issue and general coordinator of An international campaign for solidarity with Palestinian captives in Israeli prisons ” Tadamon”, Ms. Kitty Panourgia, member of the International Alliance for Peace and Development and European ambassador for Women’s entrepreneurship.
In his speech, Okeil stressed that the Palestinian issue is a central issue and one of the issues that reflects the absence of justice, undermining the foundations of peace and continued violation for human rights, noting that in May 70 years had passed since the tragedy of the armless Palestinian people, many millions of whose sons had been displaced .Okeil added that the repressive practices of the Israeli occupation forces against the Palestinian people, are blatantly contrary to international conventions and laws. Expresses Israel’s indifference to its status as the occupying Power and has obligations to provide all the needs of the protected population in accordance with the Geneva Conventions, in particular the Fourth Convention on the Protection of the rights of civilians, Okeil asked whether international humanitarian law conventions and instruments and International Bill of human rights instruments were still applicable. As well as dozens of children who are under administrative detention, Fahd Hussain revealed that in recent months there had been an increase in the number of crimes of occupation against Palestinian children, He called on the international community and the Human Rights Council to act immediately to rescue the Palestinian families and children from the teeth of the brutal occupation.
In her speech, Ms. Kitty Panourgia expressed the view of the International Alliance for Peace and Development, Which calls on the party, civil, media and popular organizations in all countries of the world to mobilize their efforts and mobilize their means of communication with policy makers and decision-making circles in their countries to move them towards action that would stop Israeli crimes against the Palestinian people, revealing the unethical justifications that make some governments take diplomatic and political positions in favor of a state that violates human rights every day, refuses to comply with Security Council resolutions and humiliated by international law.
